App Store Connect
Link Your App
In the right panel under App Infos, you can link your project to an app from App Store Connect. This unlocks several features:
- Direct upload — push screenshots straight to App Store Connect, preserving your screenshot order
- Auto-fill app name — the app name is pulled from ASC and applied to your project
- Notification banner — when you add a notification banner layer, click "Apply App Info" to auto-fill the app icon and app name (localized for each of your locales)
- App Store URLs — automatically generates your App Store link for the free marketing feature
To link an app, click "Link from App Store Connect" in the App Infos section. You'll see a list of all apps from your ASC account — select the one you want.
You need to configure your App Store Connect credentials first (see below).
Setup App Store Connect API
Screenshot Master connects to App Store Connect via an API key. All credentials are stored securely in your macOS Keychain.
Create an API Key
- Go to App Store Connect — API Keys
- Select the "Team keys" tab
- Click "+" to create a new API key
- Select Access: "App Manager"
- Download the
.p8file and copy the Issuer ID
Add Credentials in Screenshot Master
- Open Settings (
Cmd + ,) and go to the API tab - Drag and drop the
.p8file into the drop zone — the Key ID is extracted automatically from the filename - Paste your Issuer ID
That's it. The status will show "AuthKey: Valid" when everything is configured correctly.
Multiple Accounts
You can manage several App Store Connect accounts:
- Click "+" next to the account pills to add a new account
- Click on an account pill to switch the active account
- Right-click on an account to remove it
Each account stores its own set of credentials (Issuer ID, Key ID, and private key) independently in the Keychain.
